New AMD Graphics cards.

It has been a while since I've been in the market for a GPU. I currently have an ASUS Radeon HD 7850 and it has definitely served me well. I've been looking through some of the new AMD graphics cards on the market and there are a lot of different varieties and I'm not really sure what I should get for an upgrade. My current card can just make it to 30 fps on Witcher 3 and I would like to be in the 45-60 range. The most I'm willing to pay is 300 US dollars. Any suggestions?

Edit: sorry, forgot there was such thing as different currency
