Trying to learn how to automatically import data from one sheet to another.

I have to pull reports monthly/weekly/daily/hourly (sometimes it seems like its all I do). It would make my life a lot easier if I could put whatever amount of code/function I need to so that when i pull said reports and import them into the workbook, I could just refresh it and the data on another sheet would update. Update meaning literally copying data to another sheet and put it in the correct row/column and color code it.

I've tried looking around on here, but there is just so much information here I'm getting lost. If you guys could point me in the right direction or tell me I'm crazy I would really appreciate it.
