@Slick Willy in a trance on stage

Saw a video of Ol' Bill on stage standing behind his wife during one of her speeches. He looked terrible, and was motionless for what seemed like 30 seconds with his mouth agape.

Looked like he'd previously had a stroke. Have since looked for the video / gif with no luck.

Any ideas?
