Major Server Issues? Both Blue and Red?

Whenever I even try to select the blue server at the login screen, it auto changes back to red. The odd time I do get it to select blue, It says "Logging in..." then that text just fades out and nothing happens. What is going on here? Sometimes eventually (like 10 minutes later) will sign in to the blue server, but will be very laggy. When I first enter areas, I can take about 10 steps, before it jumps me back to where I started.

Red server isn't very usable, as it seems to always have a 10-15 minute wait to log in, or will just say it couldn't connect when I tried.
