Price of mileage

How do you guys valuate mileage on a used car? I've found two '08 Priuses, one for $5500 with 140000 miles and one for $4500 with 180000 miles. Is the extra 40,000 worth a thousand bucks, assuming everything else is pretty much the same? I feel pretty torn on this.
