Visiting Frankfurt with my family soon, any suggestions what we should see/do?

My family and I will be visiting Frankfurt for a week in the beginning of June and could use some advice from any locals on what we should go sight see and how to experience the culture.

Personally I'm very interested in trying the food, beers, sausages, etc..any good restaurants in Frankfurt would also be appreciated.
