Planning to reinstall my OS... would appreciate advice to make sure I'm backing up Skyrim properly

Help

Hey everyone, so like the title says, I'm going to be doing a fresh reinstall of Windows. I really want to make sure I back up my Skyrim stuff properly, because I spent quite a bit of time setting up mods, and troubleshooting and tweaking settings when things weren't working. I used Mod Organizer, LOOT, and Wryebash, have a bunch of loot table stuff, Morrowloot overhaul, a basic ENB setup, a distant lands thing, a bashed patch, SKSE setup, and it took me a while to get to the point where I got everything working just right. I haven't changed anything in so long that if I tried setting it up from scratch I'd have to re-learn everything, and given what a headache it was I think I'd end up just giving up.

So I've done some research and I think I know what I need to back up. I'd appreciate if anyone who knows what they're doing could check my to-do list and make sure I'm not missing anything:

  1. Copying my entire steamapps>common>skyrim folder. I have read that if I move this into my Steam folder after my reinstall, and then tell Steam to install Skyrim, it'll just check and see that the stuff is already there.

  2. Copying my entire Mod Organizer folder. I'm not sure about this; some people say I just need the "mods", "downloads", and "profiles", subfolders, but I'd like to copy the whole thing over just to be safe. I'm not sure if I can just copy this onto the fresh harddrive or if the act of installing Mod Organizer makes some changes that I need.

  3. Copying the My Documents> My Games> Skyrim folder. This has my skyrim.ini, skyrimprefs.ini, BashSettings.dat.bak, and BashSettings.dat files. I'm pretty sure that the versions of these files in my Mod Organizer folder are what the game actually references, but I feel like it can't hurt to bring these along.

Am I correct in what I should be doing, and am I missing anything important? I'd really appreciate any advice here because if I screw this up and have to start over I'll probably just end up never revisiting this game again :/
