Random Loadout Generator

This is a little Java application I threw together for my own amusement. Basically it just picks a random costume/weapons/buddy and the idea is you play whatever mission using only those as a self-imposed challenge (Though of course not as much of a challenge as Subsistence). This promotes thinking on your feet with potentially unorthodox strategies.

Does not pick DLC costumes, or really high-rank online items. Because I don't have those and have no interest in getting them.

Can roll impossible things, like Cyborg Ninja with a Head Option. Too lazy to fix that :P
