[NSFW] Question about my penis - phimosis?

Description: There is a bit of skin connecting my foreskin to the head of my penis. This means I cannot retract the foreskin more than a bit beyond its position in the photos, although it feels as though the foreskin is too tight to fully retract anyway. There is no pain unless I deliberately try to pull the foreskin back too far. From - experience - on the Internet, this is as far as I can tell not the ordinary state of affairs. Advice?
