Unable to open Sonarr via local or external IP (Only Localhost)

Hey guys, I've got an issue that is absolutely infuriating me!

I started working with nginx to get reverse proxy running. After finally getting nzbget and couchpotato working, I moved to sonarr. Right after I changed the URL base, everything seemed to take a crap on me. Turns out, I can only access sonarr via localhost:8989/sonarr. I ended up completely uninstalling and reinstalling sonarr, including deleting the config, and it still won't work. I turned off nginx completely until I get this sorted out, and I reset sonarr's settings (no URL base, * for bind address, etc) but it's still not working. I followed the FAQ and ran nzbdrone.exe as admin, but it STILL won't work properly.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I want nzb360 and external access back!
