Switching from Android

I've been using Android since 2009. I recently got bored with tinkering with Android, and iOS with the Cydia mods looks very similar to Xposed on Android. I would like to not use any Google services when I switch to a 6S+ from a Nexus 6, so is there an Apple equivalent to every service Google has? Say, Google Play Music to Apple Music, or Gmail to whatever Apple's email service is, etc etc. Also, am I correct in assuming that the latest iOS cannot be jailbroken, and you can't downgrade to a firmware that can be jailbroken? Would I just have to stay on 9.3 and wait for a jailbreak? My 2 reasons for switching are the battery life, and the quality of apps
