How do you plan to raise your daughter(s) in regards to sex?

Small story here:

My sister made a comment to me that she is going to raise her daughter to wait until marriage before having sex ("no diamond, no hymen" were her exact words...which grossed me out as far as motto's work).

Her daughter is 4-years-old. I'm wondering how my fellow redditors intend to raise their daughters in regards to sex?
