Looking for regular platoon mates (Xbox One)

I'm tired of playing this game solo. The friends who brought me to this game have moved on, but I only use my Xbox for WoT. I have a microphone, prefer party chat over game chat. I play at all hours although mostly afternoon-evening hours depending on the day. Haven't been playing much lately because solo isn't fun for very long.

I live in NA so I mostly stick to those servers, can try EU depending on how good the ping. Skill level doesn't matter to me, I'll play with anyone. I'd classify my skill level somewhere above average, although I'm in my 30s and I came from PC gaming, so my reaction speed can be a bit slow at times. I'm not the type to blame platoon mates or rage at those I'm playing with, we all make mistakes. Looking for like minded players.
