Plex server won't play audio on random files & changed correct clip art and info to completely wrong ones

And this is after no changes on my part. I have updated my library many times before with no problems but all of a sudden it changed a large number of the clip art to random & wrong movies/tv shows. As to the audio, have no idea what happened here either but they played before (with some exceptions) but now a large number of movies and TV shows will play the video with no audio. Nothing was changed here either. Anyone have an idea? When I tried in Emby, the audio worked fine. If it wasn't for the constant issues with Emby, I would have just used that but I really like Plex (not to mention the lifetime pass I bought) and I want to try and figure this out but it is increasingly frustrating. Was it some crappy update or is there any other ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
