Starter guides?

Hello guys!

I've got this game around a month ago and I've got stuck a lot of time on a lot of basic areas, including The Last Giant, and The Pursuer (got stuck on both of them for around 2-3 hours, on each). Now I'm stuck on the Armored Denis, just can't do anything vs him.

I would like to know if there are any good starter guides or tips for this games, I'm willing to start the game over if needed

Thanks!
