can GTX950m handle CSGO on 1080p 60fps max settings?

basically my laptop has GTX 950m and poor 720p 15" display.

csgo is really bad on small displays so i am looking to buy 27" 1080p display and connect it through HDMI to my laptop.

can GTX 950m handle CSGO on max settings 1080p solid 60FPS? on 720p it can but not sure about 1080p
