Any experienced UC traders? Need some advice.

So I got into UC trading a couple weeks ago after trading one of my game RNs, and now I'm completely lost on what to do. My pet I'm trying to trade is a BN UC grey uni. She has some numbers and one underscore in her name.

I knew trading up would be hard (goal would be a faerie ixi) but I can't even trade down? Ive offered on two UC faerie kaus and both rejected. Going by the 'tier guide' it seems all PCers go by my uni would be an uptrade? Or is the guide wrong?

Idk I'm just lost and Idk what to do lol should I try a different approach by trading for a RN or RW?

Sorry if this sounds really dumb. I feel like an idiot.
