Asking for spoilers about last chapter

Hello, I am a guy who is still reading Tokyo Ghoul's manga

I already know that kaneki loses his memory and becomes Haise who is a CCG inspector and then Kaneki kinda "wakes up" inside of Haise and all that stuff. But I've seen in the homepage of r/tokyoghoul a lot of pictures about him from the last chapter.

Is Kaneki back? What abous Haise? Does he exist?
