Main Microphone Occasionally Doesn't Work on Z5C

Hi everyone!

Occassionally the main microphone on my Z5C stops working. I did some digging and read that other users solved this by turning off the "Always On" Ok Google command and restarting the phone.

Has this occurred to anyone else? Did this solve the issue for good? Would resetting the phone back to factory settings help?

So far my phone has been working alright, but I have a few days to return my device and I would feel better about keeping the phone if this isn't a recurring issue.
