Went skating again for the first time in 10 years

So I have been skating in my teens but never was any good. The most I could do was a lousy kickflip and since I lived in a small town without any skaters I stopped after a few years.

A few days ago I found my old skateboard at my parents house and since my girlfriend wanted to try skating sometime, I took it with me. Today I went and took it for a spin and God, did I love it! Living in a bigger city than the small town from my youth makes it way better. It was great, I went to a schoolyard a few blocks from away (since there wouldn't be anybody there) and tried what I still had in me. Ollies went great, pop shove it, but no kickflip. My legs hurt like hell but I'll be damned if I'm not going to go to the skatepark and hang around with the young kids.

I don't know, just wanted to share. If anyone is thinking about trying it again, do it! You won't regret it.
