Doing my masters abroad in Sweden, ~32k tuition, what are my options?

I hold dual citizenship of Canada and US and I was lucky enough to go through college debt free. I am planning on going to Sweden(KTH) to get my master degree in CS focusing on Machine Learning, the tuition is about ~32k for two years and I would like to find the loan with the lowest rate.

How many loan providers support schools abroad?

Also does Canadian loan providers have lower rates than the US?
