Why hair loss may be the best thing that's ever happened to me. My Story.
This may not be useful but I thought It may give others another perspective on Hair Loss.
Re-wind 8 months, I'm 19 years of age, still a virgin, look like a stick insect, shitty haircut, at Uni, not many friends, average grades and literally the worst diet you can immagine (1 piece of fruit a week at best).
One day a friend points out that my hairline seems uneven (I used to spike my hair up, had to go for that school shooter look for some reason :/). This scares me, I panic and crazily come to the conclusion that once I lose my hair I may as well be dead.
Like everyone else here I google what to do, I read that changing my diet can help slow it down, so I go 100% straight edge, I also decide to go out more, Carpe Diem, live in the moment I guess. I also prepare for going bald, I be GYMing most days now, I'm now in very good shape, very hench. I also think about the possibility of becoming hideously unattractive once I lose it all so I start asking out more girls, most rejected me (fair enough) but I learnt from each experiance and eventually found myself a girlfriend, I lose my virginity shortly after. I also start going to the library to work more/keep my mind occupied, my grades are the best they have ever been, I'm on a solid 2:1.
What I'm trying to say is, your hair is your hair, it doesn't define who you are and what you can accomplish, yes we would all like to keep it, but you can still be attractive, smart, a talker ect without it.
Sorry about my poor English, I'm dyslexic.
Hope this gave some people another perspective on life, If I hadn't of started losing my hair I would be half the person I am now.
