After update login screen is all black with just the mouse pointer, cant type in password, no other keyboard inputs work.

Can not revert back to last update. Can not use a restore point.

Am able to get into safe mode with networking, but cant try to reinstall my video drivers because the c++ redistributables can not be run in safe mode. Can not acess the update and security settings, can not edit system protections.

Almost all answers i found while googling say to just reinstall the OS. Thats not an acceptable solution to not being able to use my computer after a forced update.

Any suggestions?
