Conservative looking to justify voting trump

My family and I are conservative and tbh were a little dissapointed when Donald trump got the nomination. But I am aware that the other option is hillary, and in my opinion Donald trump is so much better than shillary. So I will 100% jump on the trump train. But my family has been reluctant to say the least. I went to one of his rallies and he seems like a real genuine person. But that has had its cons in my family. For instance my mother is "disgusted with how he treats women" and I am a quarter Mexican (grandma married in, the rest of my heritage has been here for centuries) and again my parents believe that he is incredibly racist to these groups. I understand that he is not but I'm having a hard time putting it politely with sources to get them to vote for him... What should I tell them? Sorry that might have sounded conjumbled but Trump has grown on me and I'm not sure how to convince others politley (sometimes I can be a loud mouth and piss people off). Please help me get my family on the hype train!
