Could Bernie Sanders supporters create a party similar to the Podemos party in Spain?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podemos_(Spanish_political_party)

Podemos is a left wing political party that was started in 2014 in response to problems related to the European debt crisis, and stands against inequality and corruption. It quickly gained followers after its inception, as there was clearly an interest for it in Spain just as there seems to be in the US. It is now the third largest party in parliament, catching up with PSOE and the People's Party.

EDIT: Bernie Sanders' supporters, not Bernie himself. So has nothing to do with a third party canidacy.
