Window tint scratches (e90)?

Hello brethren. I bought my e90 with brand new tint with zero scratches. The first day it rained I rolled up my windows and every window got vertical scratches in the tint. It gets worse and worse everytime I roll up and down my wet windows. Has this happened to anyone else? And what part of the door/automatic window system is causing the scratching? Thanks!
