Anybody see what's going on in Plano/Allen Northbound 75?

I was driving to work and hit a traffic jam on 75 just before the Legacy exit. I saw a ton of cars parked on the shoulder and people looking over the edge of the highway. I would have stopped to see if I didn't have to be at work.
