My GPU is being weird.

I currently have an MSi GTX 970 4GB

I've had minor problems, screen tearing here and there, nothing a little tinkering won't fix.

However, I held a little get together with some friends yesterday for my Birthday coming up, and they gave me some money as a gift.

As anyone with a surplus of money would do, I went to steam. As I was scrolling through the store page, I realized... it was screen tearing, and only on the steam client.

My monitor is a BenQ GL2460 if that helps.
