LL 2 1v1 Tournament, May, 22nd 2016

Date of Event: 22/05/2016 Time of Event: 15:00 EEST

Participation: Every TAW Full Member (PFC+) is eligible to participate. Start time is set at 15.00 EEST (Time is subject to change if organizing stuff decide to do it.) and the duration will be 5 hours so as not to interrupt LL 2’s standard officer meeting and practise. Every participant will have to be at LL 2 Battalion EUNE channel prior to the beginning of the Tournament. No change in brackets will be allowed after the brackets are given to public. Participants must be at that channel (staying muted is allowed but s/he has to respond to any PM sent by tournament referees). The standard wait time for a confirmed participant in case of a disconnect is set on 15 minutes, after that time

Format: Map will be Howling Abyss, Best of 1 or 3 (depending of the phase). The player higher in seed (randomly generated) will choose side and start bans. Matches will be played simultaneously (Rd of 16 at the same time, ¼ finals at the same time etc)

Bans/Picks: Each player has two bans (A1,B1,A2,B2 ban order) and the match will be set as blind pick. No pauses will be allowed. In cases of confirmed issues of RIOT’s server the match will be remade. All champions, runes, summoner spells and masteries are eligible to be picked. In case of player disconnects a referee will make a call regarding the event. Player has to send a screenshot that proves the disconnect issues. (a) If the match is before minion spawning a remade can be done on the same picks. (b) If the match is after minion spawning the match will be continued as it is or a forfeit win of the match will be granted to the remaining player.

Prizes: 1st Place: 10e RP Card + Gold Winner Tab, 2nd Place: 5e RP Card + Silver Winner Tab, 3rd Place: Mystery Gift + Bronze Winner Tab

Streaming: Matches can be streamed by TSO 2 channels using LL 2 Staff for casting. If no streaming is applicable tournament will be played normally with referees overviewing the games.

Referees/Officials: They will be in charge of making calls about important matters such as Format and Time related issues as well as issues regarding disconnects and tournament related questions. This members will have to have CoC approval before placing and can’t compete in the tournament.
