Guys I need help

Ok so let me start by saying that I love the lore, gameplay and story of Dark Souls 1. I didn't really like DS2 (not SotFS, the first one) as I found it to be incredibly boring to have so much distance between bonfires and also the story was not engaging enough for me so I never finished it.

Now on DS3 I find the gameplay great like the first one. The level design is really good but somehow I am unable to continue. For reference sake I have only killed 3 bosses, my last one being the Rotten Greatwood and I am currently in Farrons extinguishing some flames (2 down so far). As a seasoned DS1 player I know I need to talk to everyone multiple times and whatnot but honestly I am finding it really really hard to keep playing.

I love coop and do a ton of jolly coop at Greatwood and Vordt but even that is getting kinda old tbh. Why? Well because I am not progressing in my own game at all. And why is that? Hmm, don't really have the drive to get more done tbh.

I am only at SL45 with roughly 20 hours into the character, so I know I haven't even scratched the surface of the game. But honestly I would like to have some help on moving forward. This time around I am not really enjoying being so lost, or careful with ambushes, or looking forwards to the next boss. Maybe I am burned out with souls games?

Any advice or anyone that want to do a full coop run with me? I'm on PC at SL45 running the Ithryll Sword +1
