Why can't people fold a plastic baggie? <rant>

So maybe this is exclusive to SoFla, but every cache I seem to open has the log in a baggie that has been closed (maybe) and then just shoved into it's container. I mean 30 seconds is all it takes to fold it and get it as watertight as possible. By not doing this you're destroying the baggie and it's ability to seal. C'mon... And then of course they can't be bothered to put the top on properly. This hobby requires that we all kinda work together on the simple stuff. I can read the names of the last cacher so it's not just one person. Sorry for the </rant>.
