Transferring Support Log data?

I lent my friend my copy of Fates to try out and he ended up getting his own copy since he liked it so much. We were able to copy the save data over just fine (by copying his save to the "extra data" slot on my 3ds, then copying from "extra data" to one of the permanent save slots on his cartridge), but the support logs don't get copied over. Does anyone know if there's a way to copy support log data? (He's pretty close to endgame so it would stink to have to unlock all those again.) I'm assuming there must be some kind of global support log file for each cartridge. I think Powersaves can back up saves but not between different cartridges.
