UPDATE: DHL Dispute

This is for the people that wanted to know the vendor and how long the dispute would take.

A little while back I had a problem with an order of GelMan's xanax tabs. Marked shipped within 24 hours so i expected to receive it in a couple days. Except that didn't happen, after a week I contacted him asking for tracking but he just gave me an update on the package which was fine but still didn't arrive. I waited until the night before escrow was released to dispute.

In 10-12 hours I was given an agent and by the end of the next day everything was settled and I received my refund. Pretty quick support and solved my problems without much hassle, thanks DHL.
