Is it time for Unity to allow us free users to use the dark theme?

Hello all! I am just wondering everyone's thoughts on Unity allowing us free users to use the dark theme. As a night time computer user the light theme really doesn't bode well with my eyes and I would love the option to use it.

What are your thoughts?
