Fix loading bug times (sometimes fixes ping)

#I know some people have been having problems with load times, even after the update (Don't think its anything they said they fixed) so I made a list of things that could possibly help you increase your pregame loading times.

These methods have only been attempted on Windows 10 OS, if the process of doing anything below is different on any other OS please comment or PM how its different and what you need to do to me

All bullet points are in order from top to bottom. Please read all of the steps and the disclaimer located underneath all the options, before you attempt the steps listed

##Option 1 - Verify Files

The first thing is to verify files, if you know how to do so, then do so for Rainbow Six Siege and skip to Option 2 *.

  1. Open Uplay Launcher
  2. Click on the "Games" tab in the top left corner of the Uplay menu
  3. Scroll if needed, then click "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege"
  4. Click "Properties" option from left scroll bar (second to last option).
  5. Select "Verify Files"
  6. Follow the pop-up prompt
  7. Test Rainbow Six Siege

In some cases the game will not have a major effect, in that case its your internet or Hard drive, other times the game will have slightly faster loading times

DISCLAIMER: If you have your startup video disabled, it will reinstall it. If you want the video to stay disabled, rename it back to the default name of "startup".

##Option 2 - Clear Windows Temp Files

If you know how to clear your computers temporary files please feel free to do so, but read disclaimer below. Be Aware this requires administrator Privileges

  1. Open a "File Explorer"
  2. In the top search bar type %temp%
  3. Hit enter to find Temp folder
  4. Click in an empty spot of the folder and key "ctrl+a" to select all the files/folders
  5. Either Right Click in folder, or select the delete key on your keyboard to delete all the files (Prompt will appear)
  6. Continue through prompt and delete as you please, if you want to speed through it without review (as there is thousands of files at times) then there is an option in the prompt to do so.
  7. Clear files from Recycling Bin if you feel necessary.
  8. Test Rainbow Six Siege

This is not so much for clearing the temporary files of siege, but the temporary files of your HDD or SSD as in some cases it will slow down loading times

DISCLAIMER: *I am not responsible for any damage done to your PC via clearing temp files left by software on your computer, that being said clearing temp files is in most cases harmless, use this method at your own discretion.

##Option 3 - Disable Startup Programs

I will not be using my own method, but I will quote a post from Ubisoft

  1. Open your Start menu and look for Run (Win XP), Start search (Win Vista), or Search programs and files (Win 7).
  1. Delete anything on the Open line that you find there, type in MSCONFIG and press the Enter key to bring up the system configuration utility.
  2. Look down the list of startup items (not the tab labeled Startup), and choose Selective Startup if it is not already selected. If you don't see this, make sure you've clicked on General near the top of the window.
  3. Once you've chosen Selective Startup, un-check Load Startup Items.
  4. Once you're done, click Apply & OK, and let it reboot your computer.
  5. Once restarted, make sure that any application that affects your local network is disabled.

If you have any other methods that could potentially help, I would be glad to test them and add them to this post.
