[TOMT][Music Video] Mid-90s music video with a kid and his computer

Been looking for this a long time without success. It's a music video I saw on MTV in the mid 90s. I don't know the artist, title, or any of the lyrics however I remember there's a male vocalist. In the video, there's several stories shown of something progressing. In one of them, there's a boy using a computer, and as the video goes on his computer set up becomes more elaborate until at the end he's in bed connected to it with wires and wearing a creepy-looking mask connected to the computer. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

Every other place I've asked this question people have suggested "21st Century Digital Boy" by Bad Religion and "Amazing" by Aerosmith but it is NOT either of those.
