Stuck for ideas

I need a new car as my current (corsa) one is on deaths door & will cost more than it's worth to fix; now I have a family it's also too small. I'm not sure what to do, I'd love a crossover family car to have more room & ideally something with built in sat nav & parking sensors. I've test drove a few (Nissan Quashqui, Renault, skodas yeti) & have been impressed. I've recently got myself out of debt due to a pre inheritance, & have a little in the bank. I do not have enough to buy a new car out right but have no idea what to do for the best 1- buy one on finance (repayments will be high) 2- buy on on personal hire 3- buy a second hand one & hope it'll last?!
