Looking for a roommate

I am currently looking at a house to rent in the Georgetown area off of HWY17 and need a third person (or couple) to go in on the lease with us. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You would be getting the master bedroom. Half of the attached 2 car garage would come with the rent. Rent would be about 600-700 a month depending on utilities after everything is settled in. We have 2 cats between the 4 current tenants so please no more animals, the lease only allows for 2.

We would prefer younger individuals, we don't party much, no smoking in the house. My current roommate and I are Veterans so military is extremely welcomed.
