Deadlifting 265lb for the first time - criticize my form

Somehow my first submission got taken down, don't really know why since form checks should be allowed, right? So, felt pretty good yesterday and went for a new personal record in deadlifting. Former max was was around 250lb so I tried going for 265. What do you think? I tried to keep a relatively good form despite the heavy weight. Since I was doing other back exercises before, my shoulders and fingers felt weaker than normal, hence the dropping of the bar in the end. Should I start going for reps (at 265) or still focus on my form? Are there any serious mistakes that could hurt my body and/or progress?

Cheers
