Bulk move batch

Hi,

Can anyone write a batch cmd that would allow me to move hundreds of folders (using wildcards?) to a new dir

C:\test\ -> C:\test1\

PROJECT being the keyword to search for and if the folder name contains it (Knife _ FOR _ $PROJECT$ _ 2016) then it + contents are moved to C:\test1\ ?

$ = asterisk.
