What keeps you playing this game?

Hey guys! Good afternoon :) now this isn't meant to be a rant. A bit long, I apologize.

So like the title says, what keeps you playing this game? I'm curious because I want to see if I can relate to any of you.

So for me, I've played back when the game was still on chapter 4. A friend told me about the game and I hopped right on because I loved the anime. I finally had an account I was satisfied with that consisted of grimmjow, genryusai, ulquiorra, NY byakuya, and 1 or 2 other 5 stars I can't quite remember. When the espada gacha came out, I rolled to get nel, nnoitra or just any of the new ones. I didn't get any but did get bichigo, whichigo, and yourichi. I was quite happy to have those units to play with but I still wanted one of the new ones so I decided to make a second account for one of them. I used my phone and my tablet to speed things up. Long story short, a linking issue happened and I lost my main. KLab was unable to help me so I quit the game. There's times I browse this subreddit like now and consider playing again but I'm not sure if there's a good enough incentive to play after losing my account. Doesn't the game get kind of old after completing all the chapters? There isn't much to do to get orbs as well to spend for new gachas after story mode and leveling up characters right? What keeps you guys playing?
