4K Editing Build (and some gaming)

Hey guys,

So yeah, I need a new PC for 4K Video Editing. I have 2k Euros as my budget, which should fit the PC and a 4K Monitor if possible.

Could you give me some list to begin with? I am actually clueless, because of the many possibilities.

(If some german isnt a porblem for you, please make the list in https://geizhals.de/?m=1 . Its basically the german PCpartpicker)

THANK YOU!
