Anybody need a myfitnesspal buddy? I've finally gotten back on the horse of calorie tracking.
Hi all! After gaining back ten of the 15 pounds that I lost last year, I've decided to get over myself and start counting calories again. I haven't used myfitnesspal in three years and I was surprised/glad to see that all of my old data was there. I was displeased to see that my current weight is the same as it was 3 years ago. At least it isn't higher? Haha.
In any case, it does help to have people that I am accountable to aside from myself as I cut myself a lot of slack. I'd love to add a couple people who are in or have been in a similar boat:
- Current weight: 223 lb
- Goal weight: 190
- Dream weight: 165
I'm a 5'3" woman and if you're one of those people that tries to tell me that 165 for someone of my stature is overweight then you can see yourself out. I'm a broad broad, built like a dwarf from LOTR minus the beard, and I'm tired of arguing with people who have never seen me in the flesh about what my healthy weight should be (it's happened more than once in this community, unfortunately).
I'm looking for support and encouragement, not a lecture, and I am glad to do the same for others.
So, any takers?
