Getting started with Phoenix Command Small Arms Combat System

Phoenix Command is Leading Edge Games flagship system. It can be used as a miniatures squad level tactics wargame, a substitue combat system for your RPG, or as a stand alone RPG (albeit a fairly bare bones one).
