advice / guidance on abilities please.

I've always had a fascination with all things paranormal and spiritual since a young age however I'm not religious or part of any groups / social circles regarding either and have always tried to remain rational / open to both sides. That being said in trying to remain rational and unbiased I've never really considered my "spiritual journey" and whether or not I should be more proactive at seeking answers for the unexplained experiences I have had.

As a child I would hear stories of the paranormal from both my parents (their experiences) and have always been open minded. Also at a young age I would talk of a past life in detail and recall memories of previous events in my family members lives as though they were my own which happened well before my birth.

As a child I was regularly described as wise beyond my years and seemed to just know things beyond my age / conditioning level without really knowing why... more so than I do now.

I've had many strange experiences in my short life . I regularly dream instances that come true in full detail. I've seen and heard things I cannot rationally explain. I've had symptoms of others sicknesses before knowing that they are unwell.

One thing that always sticks with me about my childhood self was a firm belief that:

"when we sleep we are awake, when we are awake we are dreaming and when we die we are ready to live".

I have always had the feeling of never being alone.

As I say I have always tried to be rational so just brush things off as the mind playing tricks etc but recently there seems to be an urge / need inside me to learn / discover. I would like some guidance on if whether or not I'm just mad or there is something there to discover?

I should also add I have no idea where to start the "journey" so any advice / options are greatly appreciated.
