Sandboxie and shortcuts

When I run multiple steam accounts in sandboxie the desktop shortcuts don't work. I can run the game from inside steam, but when I try to launch a game with a desktop shortcut, it always tries to open the game from the wrong steam account. Is there any way to fix this?
