Edler+Miller+retained salary to Dallas for their 1st+Lindell?

It might not seem like it but next season is Dallas's prime season to win a cup. Basically their entire roster is becoming free agents between this season and the next, so it's important that they try to win next season. The biggest holes in Dallas are their defence and goaltending, which is atrocious. I have a hard time believing Benning would be able to pry Julius Honka out from Dallas, but I could see Esa Lindell being worth it.

Edit: Nevermind Miller, they'll probably try to get Andersen or Reimer. This trade would still likely work if you replaced Miller with a 3rd round pick since that's practically a 2nd.

Edit 2: Might as well post Esa Lindell's stats, he's a defenceman by the way. He had 35 points in 44 games in SM-Ligga last season and 46 points in 77 AHL games this year. He will be 22 by next season's start. At this point you might be asking why they wouldn't just play Lindell? He's unproven, could end up being a bust and they don't have the time to properly assess that. Edler is a capable defenceman that could probably pair up with Klingberg and provide 40 points.
