TL;DW: When lying, people often do these things:

• Speak in an over-formal tone
• Shake their heads when they speak
• Slight shoulder shrugs
• Being overly specific

Hillary is literally shaking her head throughout the entire clip, with the classic shoulder shrugs here and there. She literally can't stop lying when asked about lying.
