Help with dmg hackers

So I ranked up to dmg for the 6th time and i won 5 games straight all like 16-12 16-11 etc. But on this weekend I've played 3/3 games with obvious wallhackers and an aim hacker. I literally can never get out of dmg because of this. Can anyone who has got out of dmg give advice or help here
