I read a post about future Dragonstones discounts but I can't find it.

Despite that I'm F2P and at the moment I want to stay this way, I'm still curious about the incoming discounts.

I read something like there are going to be ofers like 1$ = 6 dragon stones, but only able to do one, not sure if availible at 1year aniversary or what.

Can't find it. Any help?
